We are seeking an engaging individual with strong multi-tasking skills and a passion for working with people. As a Guest Service Representative, you are often the first and last teammate our guests interact with. You will play a key role in creating lasting positive memories. You will be responsible for attending to the needs of our guests during their stay and offering our unconditional satisfaction guarantee.

What you will be doing:

- Providing information to guests about the local area, hotel services and amenities.
- Handling guest check-in and check-out in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Providing exemplary guest service by demonstrating a personal commitment to making every guest satisfied.
