Capstone Development Services Company, LLC has openings for Manager Product Development in Rosemont, Illinois. Responsibilities include: leading and managing pharmaceutical development activities to insure the approval of injectable and topical pharmaceutical drug products; providing guidance and counsel to senior management and individual R&D project teams on technical matters; creating excipient, drug substance, and drug product specifications; overseeing development or revision of Standard Operating Procedures; working to ensure Prescription Drug Plans (PDP) adhere to development standards; reviewing and approving scientific and technical documentation; developing pre-formulation, formulation, and analytical strategies; and collaborating with clinical operations to oversee clinical studies. Occasional telecommuting permitted. Position requires a Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutics, Biology, Chemistry, or related field or foreign equivalent as evidenced by a credentials evaluation, and five (5) years of experience developing injectable and topical products in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
