Guidance Controls Engineer at CNH Industrial America LLC in Oak Brook, IL will dvlp precision controls (auto-guidance) for Agriculture eqpmt & be responsible for dvlpg control algorithms, simulation, implmtn & tuning of vehicles to achieve the desired performance. Reqs a Master's deg in Mechanical Engg, Industrial Engg, or a rltd field & 2 yrs of exp working w/ off road controls for engines, transmissions or hydraulics control. The 2 yrs of exp must incl 6 mos of exp w/ each of the following: linear system dynamics incl classical controls or state space; non-linear controls; Matlab, Simulink & Stateflow; & dsgng & implmtg algorithms.
