Position Description:
Positions in this function are responsible for all scheduling, call volume monitoring and adjusting. Responsible for determining and communicating work schedules, resources for various call queues. Work with site leaders to ensure adequate staff, contingency plans and workflow monitoring.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for scheduling, call volume monitoring and adjusting accordingly
- Collaborate with Site Leadership to ensure adequate staff, contingency plans and workflow monitoring
- Create policies and procedures to standardize workforce management functions
- Analyze, develop action plans, and resolve service delivery and/or service delivery level issues

Skills / Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required
- 2+ years of face to face customer service experience is required
- 1+ year experience in Staffing/Agency recruiting is required
- Intermediate PC experience, including the ability to navigating the Internet and toggling between Windows is required
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) is required
- Bilingual (English, Spanish or Polish) is a plus
- Prior Workforce planning experience is preferred
- Healthcare background is desired
