As our Clinical Quality Analyst, you would travel across the US ensuring the highest quality performance from our dedicated staff.

The Clinical Quality Analyst is responsible for direction and guidance on clinical quality improvement and management programs including accreditation. Conducts clinical quality audits and may also be responsible for NCQA requirements. Responsible for the reporting and analysis of member care quality and for the development of plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using HEDIS and other tools. Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.

Primary responsibilities include:
Traveling up to 75% of the time to conduct on-site clinician and facility audits throughout a given region
Working to ensure our members receive the best possible treatment from a network of high-quality clinicians and facilities
Attending team meetings by phone to stay up-to-date on issues and discuss inter-rater reliability
Developing your own travel schedule
Sending letters and samples of audits to providers
Scoring audits and writing audit reports
Tracking and documenting all activities

Skills / Requirements

Requirements for this role are as follows:
Licensure in the Mental Health field such as: LCSW, MFT, LPC, PhD or an RN license
A Master's degree or RN with experience in mental health
A minimum of 6 months of experience in managed care
A minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health
Computer proficiency
Strong Communication Skills
Comfortable with 75% travel

Additional assets include:
Quality improvement knowledge
NCQA and JCAHO familiarity
