Description

Our Information Technology department at our corporate headquarters in Oak Brook, IL is looking for a Senior Software Engineer Analyst with SAP integration, customization and configuration expertise of Pricing and Master Data. This person will be heavily involved in the design, review, development, integration and support of Ace's SAP enterprise solution and will manage, guide, and direct the oversight on projects. This person will also function as the Subject Matter Expert for Pricing and Master Data. This person will also be expected to provide technical leadership, support and mentoring to internal and external development teams for design and delivery of software for on-time delivery of scalable, high-performance, quality and re-usable development. In addition, the responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of and adherence to industry standards. The Senior Software Engineer Analyst will also work with the application development team to develop and produce software architecture in support of business goals and new product development.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

Bachelor s degree or advanced degree in computer science

*
10+ years experience demonstrating progressive levels in programming and systems analysis and design

*
Senior SAP Functional Resource

*
6-10 years of SAP experience (SAP ECC 6.0)

*
Must have extensive knowledge of Wholesale Pricing and Master Data

*
ABAP experience (primarily analysis and debugging skills)

*
Experience with the design and implementation of interfaces to external systems

*
IDOC knowledge (analysis and troubleshooting)

*
SAP Sales and Distribution experience

*
Knowledge of the accounting side of pricing (Account determination)and purchasing pricing knowledge

*
Demonstrated experience in IT application development

*
Full system life cycle development experience, including analysis, design, testing, documentation and implementation

*
Strong project management skills

*
Retail application development experience a plus

*
Solid interpersonal and communication skills working with both business partners and team members
