Order Fulfillment Manager

We support the repair, maintenance and accessories needed for all AGCO brands, as well as, competitive farm equipment. As the Order Fulfillment Manager, you will lead and support the operation of the forecasting and replenishment activities for the Dealer Managed Inventory (MDI) initiative. This includes: maintainingthe inventory planning and replenishment strategy for dealers active in MDI.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

* Develop, manage, and provide work direction to MDI inventory support team.
* Work with MDI vendors to ensure proper operational and systematic functioning of MDI.
* Coordinate, prioritize, and manage vendor product enhancements of MDI.
* Maintain, publish, and review dealer metrics with both AGCO management and vested dealers.
* Collect and share best practices learned within the Dealer channel.
* Recommend and implement business process enhancements and continuous improvement activities.
* Work on various Strategic Projects related to supporting operational MDI phases.
* Develop standard & ad hoc reporting for both active dealers and internal AGCO customers.

Experience:

* Bachelor s degree in business, operations or supply chain is required.
* MBA is strongly preferred.
* 5 years of Fulfillment Project or Program Management experience is required.
* Leadership experience in a customer or dealer environment.
* Experience in heavy equipment machinery, automotive, or related industries.
* Ability to develop customer relations and manage key accounts.
* Strong Technical aptitude is required.
* Must be proficient in MS Office: word, excel, power point. Experience with ERP Systems is also required.

Travel:

* Up to 25%
