We are currently seeking to hire high caliber Consultants to join our firm. Our Consultants have excellent academic profiles, strong analytical skills, prior job success, and a continual desire to make an impact with clients. They typically work on one to two projects at a time and rapidly gain exposure to a wide variety of clients and industries.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify key client problems and structure project approach
- Collect data from secondary sources and assist team in identifying new and unique information sources
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative primary research
- Develop consumer segmentations
- Create complex economic, financial and statistical models
- Quantify economic implications of strategy recommendations for the client
- Design and develop actionable growth strategies to enhance client performance and profitability
- Communicate findings to the consulting team and the client verbally and in writing
- Develop a solid understanding of The Cambridge Group's intellectual capital and proprietary methodologies and support the development of new intellectual capital
Qualifications
Position Requirements
- MBA degree from a top-tier institution
- 2-3 years of professional work experience; prior consumer and/or growth strategy consulting experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills and experience conducting in-depth data analysis

- Ability to prioritize and multi-task responsibilities/projects
- Self-starter able to structure own work and work independently
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
