Key responsibilities include:

Provide Medical Director support for both Case and Disease Management for Care Solutions.

Work with Nurse Case Managers on complex Pharmacy patients who are risk of re-admission.

Research clinical pharmacy data and literature to determine what the best medications are for our client's members.

Respond to inquires from internal stakeholders as well as external regulatory bodies as needed for any items that need clarification or justification

Skills / Requirements

Current unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state you reside.

A minimum of 3 years of Pharmacy experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong computer skills required

Additional preferred assets"

Experience working in a Managed Care setting

Pharm D

Appeals experience

PBM experience
